Its a Girl!
Our most recent Ultra-sound revealed to us that we will be having a baby girl come May. She will be the first grandchild on Joe's side and the 7th Granddaughter on my side. My family was hoping for the first grandson but we are all pretty excited for another girl. The radiologist said that if its a boy he's gonna have some problems. He also said that everything looks good and that she is growing and developing properly which is so nice to hear. We are really getting excited! I can recognize now when I feel her kicking which is pretty cool and Joe is just getting anxious for when he can feel her kick also. My Christmas present to me was going and buying an outfit for our little girl. There are way too many cute baby clothes out there, but here is the one I picked out.
I've had people bugging me about posting a picture of me looking all prego. I really have no desire to take a picture of me standing there with my belly looking all big and fat. I don't know why maybe just cause I think I look fat not pregnant. So here is a family picture we took the Saturday after Christmas and it has a pretty good shot of my belly. That's as good as its going to get for now and maybe when I look more pregnant and not just fat I'll post a belly shot. But we'll have to see cause that is just awkward. While I'm at it I'll just post some pics. of the awesome Christmas we celebrated with my family. We had such a blast this year with everyone home!
Just before we went upstairs to see if Santa actually came.
Our cute nieces playing with their gifts.
My Dad and Mom are going to Hawaii in January. My Dad decided to model some of his presents... and dance in the snow. We were all laughing so had! This made Christmas for all of us I think.
The ginger bread house we all spent hours working on. We had a blast getting creative with this.

The Need for Something More.
Well Joe and I decided that there was something missing from our blog that seems to make all other blogs more fun and exciting to view. We decided that to get people to check out our blog once in a while we needed something more, so... we decided it was time to add a new member to our family. As of May 9th (roughly) you can plan on a more exciting blog with pictures of our little baby. OK so the Blog really had nothing to do with our decision as I am sure you all can figure out, but we are expecting and really excited about it! And a bit frightened too. I am about 14 weeks along and I can't complain cause its gone really well so far. I haven't been sick at all really, just feel a little weird sometimes. I get worried sometimes because I am now responsible for the health and well being of a delicate little life, that's scary! But so far all is going well and we are just praying that all will continue to go well. So if you think about it pray for us too. Thanks!

Pumpkin Walk
Well North Logan puts on this thing called the Pumpkin Walk, each year they have a theme, this year it was Hero's, and people from the community create scenes or poeple with pumpkins, gords, and squash. It is amazing what they do. Our favorite was Noah's Ark. They did an amazing job on this one. We also liked one that was a farm scene. We were amazed by the creativity of these people. So if you are ever in Logan around Halloween you've got to see this. Its awesome!

Finally a New Post!!
Man this whole keeping up with the blog isn't as easy as I thought it would be!
Well its starting to get cold we froze all of our garden, (which I am not to sad about cause I was getting pretty sick of garden food) and today it snowed. This colder weather makes me sad to see the summer go. Joe And I had a lot of fun this summer, Here are a few of the things we did.
Joe Took my family down the Salmon River in June when it we pretty high.
Another Day of Whitewater Rafting in August down the Snake River with Elaine and her kids. We really had too much fun on this one.
Here we've got Garrett pulling Miles back into the raft.
Also In August we had to opportunity to go to my brother Scotts wedding in the Salt Lake Temple and the the next week to My cousin Cody's in the Reno Temple. In was so sweet to see them both sealed in the temple! Sadly we don't have any pictures. I was able to do the flowers for Scotts wedding and they turned out really beautiful!
August 31st we celebrated our 1 year anniversary together and went to Salt Lake to do a session there and then out to dinner, It was a really nice day. Then my brother told us about this really good door buster sale for Labor day and we had him get us these couches. So we finally bought couches after a year of borrowing. We love having couches!
September kept us busy working. Joe is building cabinets With his dad and they are a little behind on there work so Joe has been working hard there. As for me homecoming and, sadly, people passing away kept us extremely busy at the flower shop where I am working.
This Past week Joe's brother Charles got married in the Bountiful Temple.
We had fun being a part of that.
That day at the Temple was a nice day but it didn't take long for it to turn cold and now we are sitting in our little apartment with the heater cranked up sad to see those nice summer days full of rafting and weddings gone for the next 8 months.
We really had a Lot of Fun even though we lost my Mom and Scott at the end of this rapid.
In July we went camping with my Cousin Laurie and her Husband Bryce in Jackson Hole. We took a scenic float down the Snake River with the company Joe use to work for. It was quite relaxing and enjoyable.
Just a Picture of the Tetons the Joe took on the River
Also In July Joe and I Graduated with our bachelors from Brigham Young University Idaho. I finished my degree in University Studies in April and we Moved to Preston Were Joe Did his internship to finish up his degree in Applied Management, and we were able to "walk" in July. It is nice to be done with school but sad to be away from friends and life in Rexburg.

One Wonderful Year
We celebrated our first anniversary just last Sunday. The time really has just flown by and we've really enjoyed this past year together. We started an anniversary tradition, which may only last our first one but hopefully not because we are really excited about it. We decided it would be fun to try and go to a different temple every year for our anniversary. So we started out with the Salt Lake Temple. It is a beautiful temple, and got us really excited for the ones to come.
