Fall, Halloween, and Fun

Oh dear!! Where to begin... I am not sure how I feel about fall and Halloween after this weekend it been all sorts of crazy fun! Saturday my Best Friend Summer and I went to the Pumpkin Patch, our CRAZY moms took us of course. I call them crazy because it was pouring rain! Maybe they were thinking it would stop by the time we got there... but it didn't! It did however let up a bit when we were getting into the car to go home (should have waited a bit longer don't you think). So here is how it went, They put us in the wet, muddy carts, Sydney held an umbrella over Summer and I while mom wheeled us as fast as she dared out to the patch. Summer and I were shivering like crazy but still laughing and smiling. We hurried like mad women to find some decent pumpkins and then got back in the carts. this is when dad finally showed up to save Summer and I from our CRAZY moms. But we had to take a Family picture before he could rescue us. We hurried back to shelter weighed the pumpkins, payed and were off. WOW! It was a fun adventure and we enjoyed it but next year I think i might suggest we go when its NOT raining!

Saturday evening we all went to the neighborhood trunk-or-treat. I wasn't real sure what this whole trunk-or-treating was all about, but I figured it out pretty quick! Basically you go from car to car and take candy out of their buckets and If you're too shy to take it yourself they just give it to you or throw it in your basket. Its perfect! The only downfall Is that you have to wear a goofy outfit. But everyone seemed to think mine was cute so I guess I won't complain!

Sunday both Mom and Dad had to teach lessons at church and since I am only two weeks away from 18 months, (yes I know I am growing up way too fast, mom tells me every day) they took me to Nursery. What I can't figure out is how I didn't know about this place before and why they made me stay with them in those boring classes that they go to. This place had real toys to play with! Not those dumb things mom carries around in her bag and they had treats and there were tons of kids to play with. I think I am going to enjoy church from now on!

Today, Monday we went with a few friends to Discovery Gateway. This place was AMAZING! WOW! they have so many cool things to do and to play with. I wonder if they can make the Nursery at church more like this place?! They had tons of those cars I could get in and drive around, those are my favorite. That is on the top of my wish list for Santa! There was also a Big horse I got to sit on a few times, and water to play with as well as tons of balls which if you know me well you know I LOVE balls! It was the greatest place ever!

Needless to say this weekend has been blast and I am loving Halloween! except for the weather I could do without adventures in the pouring rain, its just too cold!

Oh No! I forgot the most exciting news of all. I got my first hair cut on Friday and I LOVE it! No more bangs in my eyes, it's so great! She trimmed up the back and cut me some bangs. Mom can't stop telling everyone how cute my haircut is! Mom is too shy to tell you, but she got her hair chopped off too and it looks sooo good and so very short. Amber was a little nervous cutting so much off but mom just kept telling her to go shorter and shorter and it turned out pretty stinkin cute! If any of you are looking for a good stylest Amber's the best! except she did make my mom hold my head in place so she could cut my bangs, I didn't really like that! But she did let me play with all of her product bottle and scatter them around the house, that was probably my favorite part of the whole experience!
